Are you or do you have a youth who wants to improve their sports performance? This conditioning program is fun, innovative and challenging. With short and long term safety adhered to, my youth program teaches and improves core and neuromuscular stabilization, reactive neuromuscular conditioning and integrated strength, flexibility and speed conditioning.
These principles are taught in SIMPLE and fun terms! Specific weekly workouts are given and expanded upon. I work in contact with, and cooperation of, your youth’s coach.
